Zero rooms closed.
"Your hotel has a story. A fire code violation shouldn't be the next chapter."
Your insurance company already knows what you don't.
Every year a deficiency goes uncorrected is a year your premiums climb, your exposure grows, and your AHJ's patience shortens. The numbers below are industry averages β your property's numbers may be worse.
after a first AHJ citation letter lands on your desk
during a traditional suppression retrofit β at $180/night average revenue lost per room
for properties operating with uncorrected fire code deficiencies
Our overnight crews work between 11 PM checkout and 7 AM check-in. Every time.

Three phases.
Zero surprises.

We read your building before we touch a wall.
Our NICET-certified inspectors walk every corridor, mechanical chase, and service corridor. We cross-reference your original building permits, identify every existing device, and map every gap against current NFPA 72 and local AHJ requirements. You receive a written deficiency report within 48 hours of the walkthrough β not a sales pitch, a technical document.
Field note: Properties audited in 2025: 84 hotels, zero post-audit surprises during installation.

Engineering that respects what the architect intended.
Historic plaster ceilings. Coffered ballrooms. Wainscoted corridors. We have threaded wet-pipe systems through all of them without a single visible chase. Our in-house PE stamps every design. We coordinate with your state SHPO office on historic tax credit properties before a single drawing goes to the AHJ β so your approval comes back clean, not with 14 conditions.
Field note: Average design-to-AHJ-approval: 23 days. Industry average: 67 days.

Your guests check out at 11. We're gone by 7.
Our installation crews work exclusively between 11 PM and 7 AM. Each crew carries its own dust containment, acoustic insulation, and touch-up materials. Corridors are returned to guest-ready condition before the breakfast service starts. We have completed 1,200+ overnight room installs across 34 properties without a single guest complaint logged with hotel management.
Field note: Average rooms installed per overnight shift: 8β12 rooms, depending on building type.
